I bought a flat in 2022 close to Vajarahalli metro for renting purpose. Right now returns aren't that good but its slowly getting better.

Though the area is good and all essentail amenities are nearby, finding autos or rides is a big problem. That is a big isuse that a lot of people are facing.

The surroundings are green, but not much to do if you’re a tourist.

Connectivity is a big issue here but other than that everything else is good.

We’ve owned a home here for 6 years. Family-friendly, green, and close to Kanakapura Road. Some roads still underdeveloped, but it’s livable and improving.
