Busy area and noisy too but convenient option if you want to live close to tech hubs and other social things.

Lots of PGs and affordabla flats here. Its good area for bachelors and even students. You have easy access to orion Mall as well. I just wish i didn't have to worry about parking all the time. public lanes are too narrow and chock full of vehicles

Goraguntepalya has good flats at cheaper rates than many key areas in Bangalore. I like the connectivity to my office in yeshwanthpur and also the metro access. But i feel the lack of green spaces here and the nightlife buzz is absent too.

Good area for working folks in yeshwanthpur or peenya. But the traffic on ORR is a nightmare. It is not at all peaceful.

Goraguntepalya is not famous or premium but the real estate market is steady here. Mainly because of the metro and Yeshwanthpur railway station. The foot fall is high and i feel its better utilized as commerial invcesrment

The area is pretty good and has various amenities such as good hospitals, schools, etc. The traffic congestions are a huge issue here

My office is in yeswantpur but I decided to rent an apartment here. This is becuase the rent is quite low compared to yeswantpur. Its a good are to live in.

There are metro stations nearby which makes commuting to work pretty easy and effortless. The property values are going up day by day.

The area is seeing steady development, with new projects, road improvements, and better civic amenities. I am hoping that the property value will grow as things are running smoothly now.

There are lots of types of properties available for renting and its pretty safe with well-built roads. Traffic congetion during peak hours almost daily

it is a safe locality with less crime rates. There vrey litlle pollution here and the neighborhood is quite peaceful.
