Goraguntepalya has good flats at cheaper rates than many key areas in Bangalore. I like the connectivity to my office in yeshwanthpur and also the metro access. But i feel the lack of green spaces here and the nightlife buzz is absent too.
Busy area and noisy too but convenient option if you want to live close to tech hubs and other social things.
Lots of PGs and affordabla flats here. Its good area for bachelors and even students. You have easy access to orion Mall as well. I just wish i didn't have to worry about parking all the time. public lanes are too narrow and chock full of vehicles
