It's close to Sarjapur Road. I work from a co-working space in Bellandur. The commute is mostly smooth, except bad patches near the main road. Rent is within budget and a lot of cafes nearby. Only issue is limited buses, so I rely on Rapido and autos mostly.

When we shifted, it was still developing, but now there are schools, clinics, and even a few nice play areas. It's mostly families around. Roads inside the layout are decent, but outside ones need work. It's quiet at night and feels safe.

Roads are a bit bumpy, and some streets have potholes. But otherwise, the place felt calm and homely. Autos were easily available. There are a few vegetable shops nearby as well.

I moved here for my first job in Bangalore. Rent is much affordable. No metro here yet, which is a downer, but Sarjapur Road buses help. There’s a nice park nearby that I visit for morning walks.

I rented out my property here. It is close to tech parks and Sarjapur Road. Building society handles most things well. Rents have steadily gone up.

I invested here three years ago, and the appreciation has been encouraging. Many tech professionals are shifting here due to better affordability. The roads are not perfect and need timely maintenance.
