Neknampur feels very green and safe. many families live here. there are parks and lakes nearby so it feels peaceful

The connectivity isnt that great. A metro expansion can smooth the traffic as well. But overlooking that, I feel its pretty great place to call home

I moved to Gangondanahalli last year because my job is near Vijayanagar. Rent is much lower here compared to surrounding areas. The locality is a bit crowded and old-style, but you get all basics nearby like grocery shops and clinics. Bus service is good and autos are easily available.

I’m from Tumkur and bought a 2BHK here last year. Rents are not high, but stable. Mostly working-class tenants looking for budget homes. With Metro expansion and city growth, I’m expecting slow but steady appreciation.
