Nice locality with all facilities. Overaĺl its a nice place.

I chose Phase 1 for my first rental investment. Connectivity, job density, and demand are unmatched. Slightly saturated now, but still better than outer ring road pockets.

I rent a 2BHK here, and it's super convenient for my office. Decent grocery stores, walkable eateries, and the metro has improved things. A bit crowded, but manageable.

I’ve owned a flat here since 2014. Great location for working families. Everything’s walkable such as schools, stores, work. No regrets so far, except occasional traffic snarls on Hosur Road.

Bought property here for my daughter. Peace of mind knowing she’s close to her office and in a well-connected area. Building has good maintenance and security too.

Flat rentals are fair, and amenities are improving steadily. Most of my neighbors also work in tech. Cafes, gyms, and medical clinics nearby make life pretty easy.
