We moved to Ejipura with our children two years ago. It's a family-friendly area with schools and parks nearby. However, public transport options are limited, and we have to rely on cabs or private vehicles for commuting.

Ejipura is close to Koramangala and Indiranagar. That’s a big plus for me. I bought a small flat to rent out. Young working people prefer this location. But the roads here are narrow and get waterlogged.

I rent out my property in Ejipura. The demand is decent because it's close to Koramangala and BTM Layout. There are shops, markets, and schools nearby. But traffic congestion on main roads during peak hours can be frustrating.

We wanted something not too far from the city. Ejipura suited our budget. Schools and shops are nearby. But the area feels a bit too crowded, especially in the evening.

I recently bought a flat in Ejipura. It’s a developing area with many new buildings and improved infrastructure. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. One downside is the garbage issue.

Good, safe, clean and friendly environment to stay and work

Ejipura is precious and so quiet and still so close to vibrant places like koramangala and HSR. the rent here is far cheaper than koramangala 5th block or even SG palya.

The good thing about Ejipura is lively and well connected and saves you huge amount of rent

I feel safe living here and there's lot of cafes around. It is also so close to koramangala so social life is super active. I am just wary of the internal congestion that happens due to cramped buildings here

Ejipura has a mixed crowd. it is usually very crowd and sometime gets too noisy around the Pipeline road. I also feel there's limited amenities within the area. Most people rely on koramangala and Indiranagar.

Since koramangala is the immediate neighbor, ejipura does well and there's spillover demand too. But still the area should have its own infrastructure too

A budget-friendly area close to Koramangala, making it popular with working professionals. Daily needs, food spots, and transport are easily available.budget-friendly area close to Koramangala, making it popular with working professionals.

A busy, local neighborhood with plenty of eateries and small shops. Good for quick visits or street food, but not very clean or spacious.

Living here is very handy because it is so close to Koramangala without the crazy rent prices. Getting autos or bikes is super fast, and the local vegetable markets are just a short walk away.

The internal lanes are incredibly narrow and traffic gets totally jammed every single evening. The main signal near the intermediate ring road stretch is a total mess... getting your car out takes forever.

It is a decent area because all schools, small parks, and supermarkets are close by. The inner streets are quite lively and feel safe enough for regular evening walks without any worries.

Travel to office hubs is fine if you have a bike, but public buses are quite crowded. Also, the main roads get badly waterlogged even during small rains, making the whole stretch a messy pool.

Garbage management by the BBMP is very poor in this area. Trash is just dumped on the corner of the streets and left for days, which creates a terrible smell and invites stray dogs.

Pharmacies and small clinics are available at every corner, which is very helpful. The footpaths are mostly broken or blocked by parked bikes though, so one has to be extremely careful while walking.

There are so many budget-friendly local eateries and tea shops to hang out at. Finding a parking spot for a car is an absolute nightmare though, as every lane is tightly packed.

The location is central but the lack of proper drainage is a big issue. Heavy downpours always cause flooding on the roads, and the high dust levels from constant vehicle movement keep the area messy.

Paying guest options are cheap and the area is filled with student messes and photocopy shops. The streets stay bright and active until late at night, so it feels completely safe walking back.

Daily footfall is excellent since the main residential lanes are always busy with people. However, getting stock delivered is tough because delivery vans find absolutely no space to halt on these tight roads.
