Been staying here for 6 months now. It is pretty relaxed and still not too crowded. The metro station nearby has made life much easier. BMTC buses are also regular. I like the wide roads and quiet lanes here. Rent is reasonable for the space I got.

We invested in a small plotted development here. It’s mostly independent houses and low-rise buildings, which I prefer. The metro connectivity has boosted interest from tenants. I feel this locality will grow steadily without the chaos of bigger commercial areas.

We’ve been living in Doddakallasandra for almost a decade. It used to be a quiet village-type area, but now we have supermarkets, clinics, even a few cafes. Roads have improved and there’s less noise compared to other parts of the city.

The area feels safe even when coming home late. My kids go to a school nearby, and we find everything we need within walking distance. Only issue is that traffic builds up quickly during peak hours. But still manageable compared to central Bangalore.

Looked at several options along Kanakapura Road. This area seemed undervalued. Basic infrastructure is solid. Water supply is decent, and power cuts are rare. Close to schools and small hospitals. For an early-stage investor, it offers good potential.
