The value of our flat has doubled since we bought it. Great for working professionals. Just wish there were more green spaces or parks for the kids.

The locality’s decent but very commercial. Easy access to tech parks, but no parks for kids. If you're single or a working couple, it works. Families may find it crowded.

I own two Rk's here. Rents are easy to secure, but tenants change often. Short-term rentals work well due to the transient tech crowd.

Love staying here. It’s bustling, modern, and everything’s at a walkable distance. Noise can be a thing, but for someone who loves city life, it’s perfect.

Prices are already on the higher side. Bought a flat in 2020, and appreciation has been slow. Still, location makes it attractive for renting out consistently.

Reaching RMZ Ecospace takes just 5 minutes walking from my place. Staying here saves massive travel time daily. Plenty of quick tiffin rooms and breweries are nearby.

The outer ring road traffic is a disaster zone during peak hours. Dust from constant building work is a health hazard. Water is 100% dependent on private tanker supply.

Rents are sky-high at 35k for a simple flat, which is crazy. However, supermarkets, food delivery options, and gyms are available at every single corner of the street.

Pre-schools and daycare centers are plenty, making life easy for working parents. Internal layout lanes are mostly safe, but main roads are too chaotic for walking with kids.

Daily convenience is great as everything gets delivered in 10 minutes. But monsoon flooding near the service roads completely paralyzes the area... you get trapped inside for days.

No peace or quiet here due to high vehicle noise. Footpaths are broken or used by bikes to bypass traffic jams. Walking to the pharmacy feels risky.

Visiting colleagues here is a pain because finding visitor parking space is impossible. Autos overcharge like crazy, demanding flat 150 rupees for just 1 kilometer distance.

Rental yields are among the highest in Bangalore due to the massive tech workforce. Properties never stay vacant for more than a week. Out and out cash cow.

PG rents are quite costly but sharing helps manage budgets. Food joints stay open late which is nice for night studies. The entire area is crowded with techies.

The BBMP garbage management is totally missing here. People throw trash on vacant plots near my store. The terrible smell and mosquitoes are ruining my cafe business.
