This area used to be unstructured, but now with SRA and redevelopment, the locality is becoming more organized. It’s still very crowded and not ideal for people looking for greenery or open spaces, but it’s functional and livable.

I bought a shop space here and have been renting it to a local medical store. Footfall is great due to high density, and commercial demand is steady.

The area feels safe and and you can find everything within walking distance but there is a lot of noise on weekends and during festivals.

It’s a crowded area, but you get used to it. Water supply and electricity are okay. I just wish the area was cleaner and had better public spaces for kids.

Not the kind of place where prices double overnight, but if you're looking for consistent returns, it's a dependable option.

Whats good about Damu Nagar
