It's a growing residential area with new apartments coming up. Daily needs are available within 2-3 km from my place. I like the area as public transport is strong with Malad metro.

Renting here is affordable as compared to other sub-localities in Malad. The residential apartments are majorly located in internal lanes but access to markets and local shops is easy and convenient.

There are two metro stations close to this area so that explains the high rent. 1 BHK costs you more than Rs. 20,000 with basic amenities. It's a safe locality but some lanes are in bad condition and water logging issues are there during monsoon.

Being a resident for over 9 years, I love the social infrastructure here. Mall, markets, hospitals, clincs, etc are all within walking distance. I only wish there were more parks and green spaces as sometimes it gets congested and feels stuffy due to traffic.

Appa Pada in Malad East is a well-connected residential area. Visitors can access it easily via local trains, buses, and main roads. The neighborhood has local shops, eateries, and nearby malls, making short visits convenient.

This area is a safe and comfortable area with schools, hospitals, and shops nearby. Rents are a bit high, but it is good for families and working professionals who want convenience and easy transport.

Local grocery shops sort daily needs well, but big markets are a bit far from here. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright.

Autos overcharge like crazy during office hours, asking 60 rupees for very short distances. It creates a massive stink near the shops during daytime and ruins the whole walkability. truly annoying.

No proper parking management on the streets here, leading to daily fights among neighbors. It creates a massive stink near the shops during daytime and ruins the whole walkability. TBH

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Sayyed Nagar Vetal Nagar Hadapsar is getting worse day by day. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers....

Garbage is just dumped on the roadside corners in Nehru Nagar Kurla and civic trucks don't clear it daily. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers. TBH

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Paud Road. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers.

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Shirwal are kept tidy. The whole layout feels very safe for walking even late at night after work., manage somehow.

Rent here in Thane is around 14k for a standard room which is reasonable, but food joints are limited. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs. sorted.

Mornings are super peaceful here for walks, and the parks in Sector 83 are kept tidy. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand.

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Srirampuram is getting worse day by day. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers. NGL
