Apartments are a bit older but spacious. the area in general feels warm and welcoming. Many grocery shops are nearby and cafes too. Lovely for families

Evenings are peaceful inside the lanes. I personally love the colaba woods garden nearby. One thing I hate is the crowd near Colaba Causeway market. It's too noisy and irritating especially on weekends

The area has low market risks because of the constant development and connectivity, even during slowdowns, it will be a stable investment in my opinion

It's too expensive to afford a 1 bhk even. While I love the environment and convenience of everything nearby, I wish it was more affordable for middle-income groups. even daily utilities are steep.
