Having lived here for 5 years, I have seen the area develop a lot. Earlier it had a peaceful charm and silent environment but the commercial boom has reduced green spaces and quiet lanes, making it extremely noisy and polluted.

The connectivity to Majestic bus stand and even metro is great. I love the convenience of it. Rental options are cheap too. Good for short term stays only because the environment isn't residential or family-friendly. Too much traffic and buzzing

It's not an area you'll love instantly. There are noise, dust, crowd, and traffic too but you get adjusted to it after a while. The area is convenient and practical because it's close to offices, business centres, and IT hubs in Rajajinagar. The street markets are good too.

I moved here for my job in Rajajinagar. It's very close and rental options are cheap too. You will only have to manage the dust and noise levels.

Have given my commercial property on rent here. Rental yield is decent and demand for commercial activities are great. Not ideal for families or people looking for residential calm and safety.

This area is close to Chikpete Market and offers easy access to many restaurants. Getting around is convenient with metro, bus, and train connectivity readily available.

Cottonpet has lots of places to visit from this area like Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace, ISKCON Bangalore, Bangalore Palace is closer from here. And also closer to KSR Bengaluru Railway Station is 2.2 km away from this area.
