I’ve seen steady growth here over the past few years. Property prices are still lower. The rental demand is growing, especially from professionals who want affordable housing. I bought a property here two years ago, and it’s appreciated in value.

Have been living in Chintamani Nagar for the last 7 years. It’s a nice, family-friendly area. Commuting is a bit challenging during peak hours. The roads in some parts need improvement.

I moved to Chintamani Nagar a year ago. It is not very crowded. The rent is affordable. The area has a few parks and grocery stores around. It is a good, safe neighbourhood for families.

Chintamani Nagar is an old, but good area. The roads are clean. There are a few parks and temples around. The only issue is that it’s not close to the big shopping or entertainment zones.
