There are a few narrow roads and water logging in monsoons but overall the locality is very liveable and safe for families

My office is in Manyata Tech Park and commute daily from here is not bad. It's not too far and the Kammanahalli area has all the lifestyle options you'd want like cafes, malls, etc

It is close to all commercial zones but still undervalued compared to HRBR Layout and Banaswadi. rental yield is high here because of tech zones especially the Manyata Tech park

Came for a housewarming and the inner lanes are very patchy and badly maintained. parking space was not there too. But I loved how peaceful and well-connected the area felt. It's much quieter than the main Kammanahalli road.

The area is fine but I wish there was direct metro access from here. There are BMTC buses but I don't usually prefer travelling in bus. Finding autos is also a nightmare. It's better to have your own vehicle
