It’s lost some calm but gained a lot in value. Our flat sees regular tenant interest because it’s close to major workplaces and transport.

We own a 1BHK here, and even though the building is old, the location keeps demand steady. Maintenance issues pop up occasionally, but amenities like schools and clinics make it livable and practical.

Rents here are still more affordable than places inside Malad West. You’re close to Infinity Mall and SV Road but there is traffic congestion and lack of open spaces.

Everything is within reach such as hospitals, schools, markets. Yes, it’s crowded and noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it. The neighborhood is safe and well-lit at night.
