Rent here is manageable and everything is close. The only issue here are the roads, which can get clogged even on regular days.

I bought a flat here because of consistent demand. Tenants don’t usually leave unless they move out of Mumbai entirely.

We’ve owned a home here for years. It’s not fancy, but the convenience is unbeatable. However, the constant traffic outside is definitely a problem during peak hours.

It’s a great place to live, especially if you value proximity to the port and markets. That said, air quality can dip due to the busy roads and shipping activity.
