Chikkanahalli is quiet and budget-friendly. Rented a 2BHK at a great rate. There's greenery and fewer crowds, but daily commute needs a vehicle since public transport options are limited.

Rented an independent house here. It's perfect for families who prefer less traffic and a natural setting. Not ideal for nightlife lovers, though.

Spent a weekend here with friends. Peaceful locality with clean air and spacious surroundings. Not many eateries or shops, but perfect if you enjoy calm places.

Bought land in Chikkanahalli five years ago. Prices have increased gradually. It’s a developing area with decent roads, growing residential layouts, and basic infrastructure improving steadily.

Built a home here after years of planning. Water supply and roads have improved recently. Good for families wanting affordable space and peace.

Chikkanahalli has access to lot of options in terms of schools, and the accessibility to these also are good, except for the last mile distance where public transport does not support. Manipal hospital at the Sarjapur road Junction is the best hospital in the area and is 15 min away.

I live in a spacious 2 bhk here and the rent is much cheaper than what you'll find in core bangalore. its also peaceful and quiet. but theres' no metro here and even closest one is miles away.

Chikkanahalli has a balanced crowd. families, bachelors, professionals everyone prefer this. but lack of good connectivity and public transport drives many people away. I have also noticed limited parking space on public streets
