Rent is low but there are no malls and traffic congestion is quite high on Sarajpura road.

I bought a villa back in 2022 when the prices were low. Now, the pricess are quite and the value of the villa has appretiated by a lot.

The area is clam and less noisy compared to areas such as kasavnahalli and kaikondrahalli. It will be great for people who prefer quite areas.

I have been staying here as the rent is low. Everything is nearby and I love it here.

There is a lack of public parks and playground but rent is quite low here.
