Lived here for over a year now. The roads are fairly decent, and buses are frequent enough for daily commutes. What I find challenging is the parking—especially around narrow bylanes. That said, it’s peaceful at night, and basic necessities are within reach. No major safety issues so far.

Dropped by a friend’s place last month. The area feels residential and calm, not too busy. I liked that there’s a lot of greenery around. However, getting a cab took longer than expected at night, and there aren’t many cafés or hangout spots close by.

Been living here for 12 years and seen the place evolve slowly. It’s not commercialized yet, which I like. Civic facilities are average but manageable. The neighbourhood is friendly, and the value of my property has appreciated steadily.

Bought a plot here three years ago purely for investment. The appreciation isn’t rapid, but the locality is gaining momentum steadily. Infrastructure upgrades are visible, and demand for rental properties is consistent, especially 1 and 2 BHK units.
