Recently, visited this place Charkop it feels busy and crowded, especially during peak hours. It has many local shops and food stalls, but the area feels more useful than clean or nicely planned.

I bought a property in Charkop long ago, and its value has gone up a lot now because malls, hospitals, schools, and restaurants are all nearby.

It’s quiet, has regular water, and traffic is not a big problem. I’ve seen the area slowly develop. It used to be mostly small houses, but now there are some apartments too.
