Chandivali is a good locality with a number of livable societies around. It is close to Hiranandani and in walking distance from a lot of offices.

The area has affordable rental options as compared to nearby localities. it is also well connected

It is a safe and family-type area. Many residents are also working professionals in nearby IT hubs. The only problem i have felt is the lack of street lighting in deeper lanes. It feels deserted after 9 pm.

The area is close to powai and andheri which means it has a good balance between peace and connectivity. transport system is good and infrastructure is growing too. traffic congestion is a major issue

Living in Chandivali has truly been one of my easiest experiences. I love being so close to D-Mart Chandivali to get groceries and Nahar International School is just down the road which is great for my kids. The evenings near Nahar Amrit Shakti always feels so peaceful and the whole area just has this calm, modern vibe that suits us well.
