It is a safe and family-type area. Many residents are also working professionals in nearby IT hubs. The only problem i have felt is the lack of street lighting in deeper lanes. It feels deserted after 9 pm.
The area is close to powai and andheri which means it has a good balance between peace and connectivity. transport system is good and infrastructure is growing too. traffic congestion is a major issue
