Location-wise, Chandan Wadi is solid, walkable to CST and Marine Lines. Rents are high. The lane is a bit congested. There is great access to trains, but no parking.

The rental market is stable and tenants are easy to find. Capital appreciation is slower, but steady.

The area has changed a lot. New shops, few buildings got rebuilt. It is well-connected via metro and bus routes. Cleanliness could improve, but overall safe for senior citizens.

The area is good for working professionals. Local trains, buses and even Uber facilities are easily available here. The only downside is lack of greenery.
