I really like how close the area is to Devanahalli town and the airport, just around 2 km to town and 10 km to the airport, which makes travel easy. It can feel isolated a bit as it's far from lifestyle amenities. Even swiggy and zomato takes lot of time to deliver here

Public transport is poor here. Commuting is hectic if you don't own your vehicle. It's decent for short-term stays only

The area has potential because of the airport connectivity. Infrastructure is not strong enough yet. Most developments are 6–8 km away from metro and public transport is lacking and exit options may be limited

Visited my cousins here, and while I liked the peaceful escape, I don't think it's a practical area to live in for long term. No public transport, shopping malls, cafes or even local grocery stores are limited. Only pro is that it's close to Airport but that's like 10 km away.

Rent is affordable and the area is peaceful but there are many downsides. It feels very isolated from the main city. If I need medical care or shopping needs, I often have to drive 30-40 minutes to reach good hospitals or malls. Social life can be limited here.
