BTM Layout is a residential neighbourhood located in South Bengaluru. It is situated off Old Airport Road, near Kulai Village between Bannerghatta Road and Sarjapur Road. BTM Layout PIN code is 560076 and it is well connected to other major localities in the city. It is approximately 15-20 km from MG Road and Indiranagar, which are two major commercial areas in Central Bengaluru. The neighbourhood is 10-15 km from Electronics City, a prominent IT hub in South Bengaluru.

BTM layout when abbreviated it is Byrasandra, Tavarekere, and MadiwalaLayout.It is mainly a residential area, along with some commercial developments. There are 2 stages in the BTM layout - BTM 1st Stage and BTM 2nd Stage. The Outer Ring Road separates the 1st Stage from the 2nd Stage. I have been here in BTM Layout for more than 5 years. The area has developed hugely in terms of road network, metro connectivity, schools, colleges, hospitals and other amenities.

BTM Layout is a lively area. You will get everything you need. There are good schools, shopping malls, and restaurants. It is perfect for people who like to be close to the action

I have lived in BTM Layout for a few months now, and I really like the convenience. You get various good food options around. I can easily find everything I need. The only downside is the traffic during peak hours.

I enjoy living in BTM Layout. It is safe, well-connected, and has a lot of parks and green spaces within almost every 500 m.

BTM Layout is great for families. The area is well-kept, and it is easy to get around. Sometimes, limited parking space seems problematic, especially on weekends.

I have enjoyed my time in BTM Layout. The roads are in decent condition, and there are plenty of cafes and shops that you can go to for relaxation. The area is a little crowded during the weekend.

I moved to BTM Layout for its proximity to my workplace. I am happy with my residence and the locality. There is always something happening here. The connectivity is excellent but the traffic is high on roads.
