The good part I like is that the area has established schooling and healthcare, which keeps tenant interest stable. But on the other side, this over‑development could limit infrastructure and lead to more congestion.
Great hidden gem in mumbai i feel. rent is much reasonable than other parts. its close to airport and many railway stations too. metro is there. so many malls are around, mainly the phoenix. it's also close to my office in Bandra East. I love it
