The appreciation here is moderate, but the locality feels solid for long-term investment.

The area has decent rental rates and calm locality, but peak-hour traffic near Kanakapura Road is frustrating.

Its a safe area and the rents are pretty affordable. The only issue that I face here is finding autos on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The community here is pretty good and it has less noise compared to other Bangalore localities. The waterlogging issue is a real threat here.

It's peaceful and family-friendly, but not ideal if you're commuting to Whitefield or North Bangalore.
