Chaotic but reaching life with tons of people and facilities yet can’t figure out the lane

Very busy area and always crowded.. its not really for settling down permenanently..but food is the best part of living here..lots of street foods and restaurants

The rent is rising fast because of the redevelopment project. Many of my friends had to move to transit housing in Anjeerwadi while their buildings were being demolished. It is a bit of a waiting game for the whole area to become modern

The environment is very commercial so there are no parks for my parents to walk in. We usually have to go all the way to Marine Drive for some fresh air.

The demand for 1 BHK and 2 bhk flats is massive because people want to stay in the heart of the city close to beaches, and IT hubs
