The locality has everything I need for daily life, but weekend traffic can get annoying, especially around Mysore Road. That said, my kid’s school is just a 10-minute drive, and rent here is reasonable for what’s offered. Safety is good and our gated apartment keeps things peaceful.

Public transport is a pain. If you miss the local bus, you are stuck waiting forever or paying a premium for an auto to the Kengeri Metro.

Rental demand is currently driven by students and staff from the surrounding educational institutions like RRIT..yield is modest..around 3%

there is absolutely no nightlife. It is strictly a place to crash if you work in the nearby colleges or the industrial units.

I bought a plot here ten years ago and finally built my house near the Bheemanakuppe cross. The area is peaceful and away from the city madness.
