I visit Bhandup East often for client meetings. The roads are improving, and I find it less chaotic compared to western suburbs. There are plenty of affordable eateries and it’s easy to reach by train or auto.

I bought a 1BHK in Bhandup East in 2016. Property appreciation has been steady, and the upcoming metro line is promising. The civic amenities have improved over time, and rental demand is consistent from working professionals.

I’ve been renting in Bhandup East for two years. It’s well-connected to the Eastern Express Highway and the railway station. Daily commuting is smooth, and the area has a peaceful vibe despite being close to busy areas like Powai and Mulund.

I moved to Bhandup East last year. My flat is close to the station, which is a major plus. Though traffic can be heavy during peak hours, overall, I find the area manageable and convenient.

Bhandup East is great if you want good rail connectivity without paying Mulund prices. I've stayed here for three years and have no major complaints. It's got decent shops, hospitals, and is fairly quiet.

I've rented here for six months now. The best part? Bhandup station is just a 10-minute walk. Shops, banks, and clinics are all nearby, which saves a lot of time and hassle.
