I’ve been living in Bettadasanapura for 8 months now. I work in Electronic City, so the location works really well for me, just a short drive away, even during peak hours. Public transport is okayish, not many buses late evening though. The rent is decent compared to nearby areas.

I invested in a 2BHK flat in Bettadasanapura back in 2020. Honestly, the prices were very reasonable compared to other parts of Bangalore. The area is still growing, but its closeness to Electronic City gives it good future potential. Rental interest has been steady, especially from IT folks. Roads are improving gradually, and there’s talk of metro connectivity extending in a few years.

Shifted here last year with my wife. I work in sales, so I’m on the move most days. This area is peaceful, not much noise, and rent is much more affordable than central Bangalore. Metro hasn’t reached here yet, so daily commute is mostly by bike or shared cabs. Groceries and basic things are nearby.

I’m from Hyderabad and bought a plot here through a local builder. Bettadasanapura isn’t fully developed yet, but the surroundings are improving year by year. There’s decent demand for rentals because of tech parks nearby. What I liked is that the environment is less polluted and still has greenery. Good schools and hospitals are a bit far, but manageable.

We’ve been living here for over 6 years now. Back then, it was a quiet village-like area, but now things are picking up. More apartments, wider roads, and better water supply than before. We have small parks and temples nearby, and the vibe is peaceful. Not much traffic inside the locality, which is nice. Of course, some internal roads need work, but overall, we’re happy staying here.
