Own a villa off Begur Road and live here with my parents. It’s not very premium, but peaceful enough. Supermarkets, clinics, even salons are nearby now. Traffic on the main road can get annoying. But once you enter the inner lanes, it’s calm and residential.
I stay here with my wife and two kids. I work in marketing, so location matters a lot. BMTC buses and cabs are easy to get. There are a few good schools and clinics nearby too. Bit dusty during construction, but overall the area is coming up well.
Looked at multiple areas before finalising here. Good infrastructure growth and strong demand from working class. Projects are affordable and give decent returns. Still waiting for civic amenities to fully catch up.
Moved to Begur Road because it’s close to my office near Electronic City. Travel time is less now. Roads have improved, but still get traffic in peak hours. I found a good 2BHK at decent rent. Supermarkets and eateries are nearby. It’s not very posh, but convenient and safe.
