The area has very bad public transport and you have to rely on private autos and cabs. The rent here is pretty reasonable though.

I am staying in a 1BHK here as it’s close to my workplace in Peenya.The palce is good but food delivery guys have a hard time finding this location.

Property prices are affordable compared to nearby areas. If you are looking for something tat will fetch you a lot, then its not the ideal location.

This is a good area if you work in Rajajinagar or Peenya. The rentand PG rates here is low compared to other areas.

I have stayed here for aroudn 20 years and it quite peaceful here. If you have a bike or scooty, you won't have any problems.
