Well-connected locality and close to metro and railway stations. I work near Dadar and commuting is easy. There are buses, taxis, and even the monorail nearby. You won’t believe how much time and money we save. But some inner lanes are worst. They are narrow and unsafe to walk on.

The buildings are very old here and there's no scope of redevelopment yet. Too much noise and pollution from nearby industrial belts. But the good part is the connectivity through public transport.

We’ve owned this house for decades. I grew up here, and now I live with my own kids. It's a good locality for middle-class families.

There have been talks about redevelopment in this area. Although the area has good connectivity and its close to employment hubs, there's a need for new residential complexes and renovating old buildings. But every year, there's a new plan, a new builder, but no real progress on these developments.

Not completely a safe locality. Streets are narrow, lighting is poor, and hygiene issues are too much. It's also very noisy to live here.
