Great location with easy access to Rajajinagar, Malleshwaram, and central Bangalore and rental demand is always high here

The area is decent but traffic congestion during peak hours makes commuting difficult, especially near Modi Hospital Road.

Everything is okay, but I face parking issues on commercial streets, which make shopping stressful, especially near 8th Main Road.

Too many paying guest accommodations create crowding and noise in certain parts. Other than this, everything is decent here.

Rental demand is high because of the locality's great location with easy access to Rajajinagar, Malleshwaram, and central Bangalore.

I love living here. The area is safe, affordable and way better than other parts of Bangalore. It is even close to reputed schools, hospitals, and supermarkets, making daily life very convenient.
