Locality is good but summers can be tough with inconsistent water supply. Sometimes we have to depend on tankers, which is annoying.

The roads are narrow, and traffic is crazy during peak hours. Feels frustrating every evening.

Finding parking here is a nightmare, especially near Gandhi Bazaar. I avoid taking my car out.

No power cuts, no water issues, and clean surroundings. Even though it’s an old locality, it’s well-maintained and peaceful.

Rent has shot up so much lately! It’s getting harder to find a decent, affordable home here.

The older buildings and local markets make everyday life interesting but finding modern apartments can be tough.

It’s a peaceful place with a deep sense of community. The trees, parks, and old temples add a lovely touch.

Rent returns are consistent, though expansion and renovation are a bit tricky due to limited space.

We can walk to shops, temples, and schools easily and sometimes the roads feel congested due to street vendors.

Basavanagudi has been kind to property owners. The location is excellent, and the area maintains its charm while still being well-connected but I think there wes better waste management systems in some of the inner roads.
