Commercial footfall is high because it is a busy wholesale zone. BBMP garbage pickup is regular every morning. Only headache is that loading vans get stuck in narrow lanes.
Living here is very convenient as markets and medical stores are just a minute away. Cauvery water line supply is regular and pressure is good in the mornings.
Basic schools and local clinics are within walking distance, saving daily travel time. The streets are always crowded, so there is no safety fear even at night.
Finding car parking here is an absolute nightmare. I always prefer taking a two wheeler or auto. The auto drivers near the main arch always demand extra fare.
