A few years back, this place was quite affordable, and rentals gave a good return. But with more people moving in, the infrastructure hasn’t really caught up.

This area has excellent bus and rail access, though roads get narrow and congested during peak hours. It’s a fairly good developing locality for families and workers nearby.
