As a tenant, I love the sea breeze and morning walks on Carter Road. Bandra West feels like a peaceful escape in the middle of Mumbai.

I’m a flat owner in Bandra West. Property value has doubled in a decade, but maintenance costs and traffic around Hill Road have increased significantly too.

As a tenant, Bandra West gives me quick access to BKC and South Mumbai. Rents are high here, but the convenience makes it manageable for now.

I’m a tenant living near Pali Naka. The cafes and nightlife are amazing, but it gets noisy late at night, especially on weekends.

Being a homeowner here for five years, I’ve seen great appreciation. However, redevelopment delays in my building have been frustrating.

As a tenant, I love walking on Carter Road every morning. The peace and greenery balance out the crowded streets and occasional power cuts.

I’m a tenant near Linking Road. The shopping options are great, but the traffic jams and lack of parking can be overwhelming during peak hours.

Bandra West is a definitely a high end area and very popular among youth. It is buzzing, vibrant, safe and also quite convenient. Can be expensive to afford even a 1 BHK. But the connectivity to different places is insane

It has a cosmopolitan vibe. Moved here because of my job in BKC. the social vibe is great and I love it. But sometimes it feels too noisy and i get overstimulated with all the crowd and noise. It is better to look for a quieter lane

We live in Shirley area and it is somewhat quieter than the area around bandra junction and other social amenities.

Bandra is classy and feels very safe. most apartments and even standalone have basic security and i haven't faced any major issues yet except walking on roads during monsoon which gets waterlogged and difficult to pass through even with two wheeler

Bandra definitely has a brand value. The social infrastructure, connectivity and heritage are all profitable for investment
