The rooms are affordable, but parking is a headache and the area is always crowded.

Noise and traffic are constant, and waste management isn’t great, but the location is unbeatable for business. I walk to work every day.

We use our property both for living and business. It’s practical, well-connected, and secure because it never really “shuts down.” But yes, the area needs better waste disposal and stricter traffic management.

It’s not residential in the modern sense, but it’s very alive. I manage because my job is nearby and I don’t need a vehicle to get around.
