I bought a property in Bagalakunte a few years back. The place is affordable and has good rental demand because of nearby industries. Infrastructure is improving slowly. Connectivity by bus is good but metro is far. Market value is expected to rise with more development in future.

Staying here for about a year. The area is peaceful and has good local grocery stores. It is a bit far from the metro but bus service is regular. Traffic is not too bad in the morning. Safety is good especially for women. Water supply is mostly regular. It’s a good choice if you want quiet surroundings.

We have stayed in Bagalakunte for more than eight years. The place is quiet and neighbours are friendly. Roads are narrow but not crowded. There are small parks and local markets nearby. Schools and clinics are close. The area is safe and peaceful.

I work in a company near Peenya and chose Bagalakunte because rent is low. The roads inside the locality are narrow but manageable. There are parks nearby where I go for walks. The locality is safe and calm at night. Not many restaurants or cafes but daily needs are fulfilled. Buses run on time.

I bought a flat here last year for rental income. The area has many small factories and offices nearby which keeps rental demand stable. Roads need some improvement but the environment is calm. I think value will go up once infrastructure develops more.

I visited a relative in Bagalakunte. The area was quiet and safe. Roads were a little rough but manageable. Local shops and markets are there for daily needs. It felt like a calm neighbourhood with friendly people. Good for short stays or visiting family.
