The growth in this locality is slow but steady. The rental demand is decent as the area has easy access to highways. Not expecting a huge jump in value anytime soon, but it’s a safe investment for the future.

It’s quiet, with little traffic, but you’re still close to key locations like Borivali and Kandivali. The local market is convenient. The lack of larger entertainment or shopping spaces makes it a bit inconvenient.

Been staying in Babhai Naka for a while now. It has easy access to the Western Express Highway. The area is more residential, and there are a few small shops and street vendors around.
