I stay in a PG close to the Attiguppe metro. Great for commuting. The area has a slightly older vibe but feels safe. A lot better than some noisy areas.
What drew me to Attiguppe was its stable tenant profile. Good schools, solid transport links, and close to commercial areas. Low vacancy rate so far. It’s a quiet performer.
We’ve been staying here for over 10 years. It’s evolved, but still holds that old Bangalore charm. Good neighbours, tree-lined streets, and strong community feeling. Wouldn’t trade it easily.
