I have built a small plant nursery here from the plot I bought 10 years ago. it's green and quiet area. People are mostly local here. we live in an apartment close to the nursery. the problem is the lack of transport facilities. I am also annoyed at the road conditions. monsoon brings immense waterlogging
Our house is close to the Adhinarayana Swamy Temple and the Avalahalli lake so it's mostly peaceful and feels serene. But local shops get shut down after 9 pm and some blocks get very deserted with a few street lights on
The township is developing but still not fully ready so rental demand keeps fluctuating. Very risky to invest in unless you are patient to wait
