Been living here for 8 years. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with reputed schools and hospitals nearby. Metro is close too and connectivity around the city is great. Property rates are much lesser than Koramangala.

Renting here is affordable. The area is well connected and peaceful. It has all basic and modern amenities like posh areas but also provides a quieter life. Congestion is lesser, but some lanes are cracked and need better maintainance.

The metro connectivity is great and I like the proximity to Koramangala and malls like Nexus Mall.

I attended a meeting once at Novel Business Park. The office space is decent, but the surrounding area is overcrowded and lacks good restaurants nearby until you go to Koramangala. Getting autos is a huge challenge.

Living here provides easy access to employment hubs like Global Tech Park. It's a safe and quiet residential area with some commericial activities around which impacts the noise and air quality someyimes.
