Been living here for 8 years. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with reputed schools and hospitals nearby. Metro is close too and connectivity around the city is great. Property rates are much lesser than Koramangala.

Renting here is affordable. The area is well connected and peaceful. It has all basic and modern amenities like posh areas but also provides a quieter life. Congestion is lesser, but some lanes are cracked and need better maintainance.

The metro connectivity is great and I like the proximity to Koramangala and malls like Nexus Mall.

I attended a meeting once at Novel Business Park. The office space is decent, but the surrounding area is overcrowded and lacks good restaurants nearby until you go to Koramangala. Getting autos is a huge challenge.

Living here provides easy access to employment hubs like Global Tech Park. It's a safe and quiet residential area with some commericial activities around which impacts the noise and air quality someyimes.

Anepalya-Neelasandra is a convenient and affordable area to live in. Public transport, shops, offices, and daily needs are easily available nearby. Rents are lower compared to many central parts of Bangalore, which suits working people and small families

This area is easy to reach and has plenty of shops, food places, and basic facilities nearby. It feels lively and well-connected, but traffic can be heavy and the streets may feel crowded at times.

Garbage is just dumped on the roadside corners in G Block Rajendra Park Sector 105 and civic trucks don't clear it daily. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers. NGL

Decent area to stay if your office or college is nearby. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly. TBH

Garbage is just dumped on the roadside corners in Periyar Nagar and civic trucks don't clear it daily. It creates a massive stink near the shops during daytime and ruins the whole walkability. NGL

The streets around Khindipada Bhandup West feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. Footpaths are broken or missing in some spots, though general cleanliness is alright.

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Chandani Chowk Bavdhan is getting worse day by day. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out....

Rent here in Sv Road Goregaon is around 14k for a standard room which is reasonable, but food joints are limited. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily.

Garbage is just dumped on the roadside corners in West Marredpally and civic trucks don't clear it daily. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.
