Primarily a commercial area, this has residential units too but prices are high. Phoenix Marketcity is nearby which is a great option for shopping and hanging out. What I hate is the congestion and poor drainage systems. Some lanes are very unhygienic too.
When I visited Mumbai last month, I stayed near Andheri-Kurla Road. Metro is good but I hated the traffic. Plus the lane we stayed in was very unclean and smelly.
Pollution is too high in this area. But on the good side, it has good cafes and easily acessible to local markets and metro.
Overall, the locality is poised for much positive growth and improvements in the coming years.
