I shifted to Anchepalya last year as my company’s office is in Peenya. Commute is easy from here with plenty of BMTC buses. Metro isn’t close yet, but autos are always available. Rent is low compared to other parts of Bangalore. The area is more industrial and basic, but for someone working nearby, it works well.

We’ve lived in Anchepalya for the last 6 years. It's a calm locality, mostly local families and working people. Not a fancy neighbourhood, but peaceful. BBMP has improved garbage pickup in our lane. We have schools and small clinics nearby. Roads could be better in some places, but the area is overall livable.

I’m from Bangalore and bought a small plot in Anchepalya as a long-term investment. The area is still developing, but it’s close to Tumkur Road and many warehouses and factories. I feel commercial demand will increase in the future.

Been living here for 9 months. I work in sales, so travel a lot around West Bangalore. Anchepalya is mostly quiet, and rent is affordable. Streets are clean, but not very wide.

Staying here since 2013. Area is not very modern but we’re used to it. People are simple and helpful. There’s a small market just two streets away. Traffic is less inside the colony, but near the main road, you’ll see heavy trucks. Safety-wise, no issues at all. We walk around even at night comfortably.
