I’ve been renting in AGS Layout for a year. It’s peaceful and well-connected to Banashankari and JP Nagar. Water supply is good, and the streets are clean. Great for families, but not much in terms of nightlife.

First visit to AGS Layout left a good impression. Unlike crowded areas, it feels like a proper layout with good civic discipline. It's not flashy but well-maintained. Reminded me of older, more settled Bangalore neighborhoods.

Rented a 2BHK here for its walkability and parks. Ideal for families and pet owners. It's clean, with low traffic and polite neighbors. Public transport is okay, but cabs are easily available for city access.

Getting shared autos or e-rickshaws around here takes just 5 minutes. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly.

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Mogappair East Mogappair is getting worse day by day. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out.

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Khindipada Bhandup West. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers., manage somehow.

The drainage system across Chandani Chowk Bavdhan completely struggles whenever it rains for even an hour. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers.

This pocket of Sv Road Goregaon has excellent open space for parking cars, which is a major relief. Local grocery stores, pharmacies, and small vegetable vendors sort your daily needs perfectly. NGL
