It's been a pleasant experience to live here. The area is quiet compared to the hustle of central HSR, but still close enough to the tech parks. The roads are well-maintained, and there’s good access to public transport.

Invested in property here a few months ago. Agara Village is well-connected to BTM Layout, Koramangala, and the Outer Ring Road. Public transport is decent, and the metro is not too far. The area is popular with professionals working in tech, so I hope to get good rental returns.

The area has become much more developed in recent years, with better roads and more shops opening up.

I work in Koramangala and live in Agara Village. It’s just a 10-15 minute drive, and the roads are mostly good. Public transport is okay, but I mostly use my bike. There are several cafes, gyms, and small shops nearby. It’s a peaceful locality with lots of greenery. Rent is on the higher side.

It’s a peaceful residential area with broad roads. The locality is calm, and there are small parks around. Parking is easy to find, and the overall atmosphere is good. I would say it’s ideal for families looking for a quieter neighbourhood near tech hubs.

I bought a flat in Agara Village last year as it’s a developing area with high demand from working professionals. It’s very close to major IT hubs like Koramangala and Sarjapur Road, making it a prime spot for rental income. The roads are well maintained, and the infrastructure is improving.
