To answer this question I'll explore various aspects of the project, hope it is helpful in providing some insights. Sobha is a reputed builder Sobha Windsor is a newly launched project by Sobha Group. Sobha Real estate group has a good reputation of delivering projects on time. Sobha projects are especially known for great construction quality. I've heard some complaints about their sales team being not transparent in certain projects, so all the questions well before making a decision. Sobha Windsor Project: Price, Amenities, Location & Architecture. I'm hearing good things about the architecture of this project which will be spread on 13-14 acres of land. It is themed on English Royal style of architecture, landscape etc. The project has all the amenities like sports fields, pet parks, senior citizens cove, kids play area, security, pedestrian walkway, lot of open space, which are much needed to cater to today's lifestyle. The campus will be built in the sprawling area of 13 acres. There will be 739 flats in 2,3 and 4 bhk configurations. So you will have good options to choose from to suit your lifestyle. Sobha Windsor is located on Hope Farm Junction, Whitefield. The location is well developed with close proximity to IT parks like ITPL, RMZ Ecospace, malls like Phoenix Market City, Forum Mall etc, entertainment centers and hospitals like Manipal, Columbia Asia etc. The Bangalore International airport is 45 kms away. Soon metro rail is further going to increase the connectivity of this place. Metro stations of Kadugodi and Channasandra are hardly 1.5-2 kms from Hope Farm Junction and will provide ease of commute to the residents. Though connectivity and infrastructure are good, be ready to face some traffic jams. Now coming to the price in the new launch phase, the area is already quite developed. This area has seen good growth in the real estate prices in the last 3-4 years. Now the rates of flats are already very high. Current property rates in Hope Farm Junction are around Rs. 7800 - Rs. 8000 per square feet. A 3BHk of 1549 sq ft size would cost you around 1.22 Crores. And a 2BHK flat of size 1237 sq ft in Sobha Windsor will cost you around one crore. I'm not sure if the prices are growing to hike much in the coming 2-3 years. Hey, My family has six members, so I am looking for a 4 BHK apartment. That’s when I came across Sobha Windsor Whitefield and after doing proper research, I am planning to invest in this project. Let me share my Sobha Windsor review with you. Let me start with the floor plan of this project: This project will be developed in the line of British Architecture. I have visited and seen the concept and trust me it offers you a feeling of royalty by just walking into its site office. The project offers 3 different construction plans (mentioned below), so you can choose on that suits your needs the most: 3 BHK: 1820 square feet 3 BHK: 1500 square feet 4 BHK: 2215 square feet Now, let me tell you about the Sobha Windsor location What I loved the most about Sobha Windsor is its location. Situated in Whitefield, this project follows a “walk to work” lifestyle with Export Promotion Industrial Park in the vicinity. It is especially perfect for my elder son because his office is located there. Some major hospitals, such as Columbia Asia Hospital and Narayana Speciality Hospital are also near the location, which is also one of the main reasons for choosing this project as my father has some health issues and he has to visit hospitals from time to time. My younger son also liked this project because of its modern amenities, which include a swimming pool, pet park, sitting room, kitchen, and so much more. Moreover, everything required is close to this place like a lot of shopping malls like a Forum neighborhood Mall, Phoenix Mall, etc. Sobha Windsor is good for investment purposes as well because it’s connected to every part of Bangalore. Moreover, Sobha Windsor Connectivity to other cities is mainly through SH-35 Old Airport Road, Railway station, and Whitefield Main Road. The real estate sector has evolved in this locality, creating impressive living spaces for potential buyers. Even though Sobha Windsor is available for possession in May 2026, I am not worried about the further delay because it is a RERA-registered project.
