I recently started exploring investment options for my future and came across L&T Vayam, located near the New Passport Office in Wagle Estate, Thane. The project offers 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments with super built-up areas ranging from 660 to 1,500 sq. ft. The project provides several amenities, including a jogging track, clubhouse, swimming pool, indoor games, lifts, visitor parking, security, and intercom facilities. Overall, I found the project quite appealing. However, I was mainly looking for a ready-to-move-in property, so I decided not to explore L&T Vayam further.

My father and I were looking for a 3 BHK flat, so we started exploring different projects. During our search, I came across L&T Vayam. We visited the project together and spoke with the salesperson to understand the available options. The salesperson explained the apartment sizes and prices to us. The 3 BHK apartments were available in two sizes:
For the 1,100 sq ft 3 BHK, the price is Rs. 2.57 Cr.
The 1,250 sq ft 3 BHK is available at Rs. 2.93 Cr.
However, our main concern was the possession timeline. The expected possession is in March 2033, which felt too far away for our plans. Since we were looking for a home that would be available much sooner, we decided not to proceed with the project.
